Designers Statement

This comfortable home on a wooded private cul-de-sac was the ideal setting for this ambitious remodel.  The owners are both avid cooks, and a lot of thought and planning went into the placement of the cabinets and appliances to create four separate work zones.  This allows two people to work effectively in the kitchen at the same time.  The L-shaped design embraces the island with seating for four, and is anchored by a set-back corner sink.  Above the sink, a wall cabinet and display shelves create a visual focal point in the dark Coffee stain.
