Designed and built for a Parade of Homes event in Syracuse, NY the builders were looking to achieve a "super comfortable, user friendly, casual modern farmhouse" and succeeded in that goal with Showplace Cabinetry featured throughout.

The kitchen has 10' ceilings and an open flow to the great room, living room and dining area. Pairing white painted cabinets with a gray-toned rustic alder island, both receiving Vintage Finish highlights, creates a warm and welcoming space. A custom-built copper range hood is the ornamental focus of this highly functional kitchen.

But the beauty of this very livable home doesn't end there. A nicely situated wet bar was created along the path to the master bedroom in calming Cedar green paint; the handsome neutral colored laundry room has tons of storage with ample room for folding clothes. Perfect for pampering, the master bath is large and accommodating with two separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a unique walk-through shower.
