These homeowners each have limited mobility issues and wanted a kitchen that would add expansive quality of life and direct their focus away from their physical limitations.
Their daily living limitations are unique to each of the homeowners; one is actively wheelchair bound, the other has challenges reaching overhead. They were living in an outdated home that conflicted with each of their abilities. Enter ONE eleven ltd. a Showplace Cabinetry dealer in the Las Vegas area known for being able to successfully navigate Universal Design Build projects.
In addition to the unique accessibility needs of the project, the homeowners wanted a space that provided a light, airy, spacious feel that bolstered a sense of normalcy in their home. By reconfiguring the kitchen and adding a multitude of aesthetically pleasing accessibility features, the homeowners received a new space that is both functional and welcoming to all that visit.
Completed by ONE eleven ltd. in Las Vegas, NV, this beautiful project was a 2019 Showplace Cabinetry National Award Winner – First Place Contemporary Kitchen Design and Judge's Choice for Outstanding Overall Design.
