This was a spec home in a contemporary neighborhood, so the design team wanted to achieve a modern feel while still keeping warmth in the space.
Because this is a spec home, the design team really had to make sure that it did not look like every other spec home in the area. The team wanted this home to be completely unique to anything else around it.
The design team achieved a modern style home that did not feel like a spec home at all, but rather a custom build.

I'm very wowed by this kitchen. I love the warm, modern design of this kitchen. The contrast of the lighter cabinets that surround the warm textured wood doors is unexpected. And the detail of the wood island is sleek, but not cold. All around a beautiful job and I love this one!!

I really like the details on this design. Work flow is great. The highlight of the range focal point is great. Love the black barn door and brining that color over with the pendants over the island. Lines all work. Like the warmth of the stools and cutting board as an accent to contrast the mostly stark look.
