This was part of a larger kitchen remodel project we did for this client but she wanted a built-in that is both beautiful and provided lots of storage in her dining room. We designed this beautiful dining hutch with the mirrored glass mullion doors to make a statement but also store all of her serving pieces and lots of small kitchen appliances as well.
Creating a custom piece that looks like a piece of furniture but is actually made from lots of cabinet pieces together was a challenge. We gave the client a few design options for this dining hutch to find the right blend of open and closed space so she could use the open section for entertaining and setting out dessert or dinner, and the closed section for storage which she desperately needed.
The client loves the extra storage and the beauty of the piece.
We truly enjoyed getting to design a custom piece of furniture that suited our clients needs perfectly.
